DELIVERY AND REFUNDS
How do I track my order?
You will receive a notification when your order is shipped with a tracking number. Your orders are normally delivered within 5-7 business days unless there is any unforeseen delay. The tracking id can be used to know your delivery status. Easy !
What are your delivery options?
Make a purchase online and your items will be delivered at your shipping address within 5-7 business days.. You can also avail of Cash on Delivery options.
How do I return an item?
In the rare case of an item not being to your liking, you can return the same within 7 days of delivery with original tags and packing via Your Orders page. MYROR Apparels will credit the amount back to your account in 5-7 business days, post any GST or tax adjustments. No issues.
What are the conditions for refunds?
To apply for the refund and return, the purchased product should meet ALL the below-mentioned conditions:
Correct Product: The product/ brand/ article number/ bar code should match. Do not detach and damage the MRP tag.
Complete Product: If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo while returning all the products should be present.
Unused Product: The purchased product will only be eligible for a return if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance.
Undamaged Product: Only the undamaged product without holes and tears will be eligible for return.
MRP Tag: Tags should be attached with the product and undamaged.
Any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be refunded.
Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated.
If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.
The maximum amount of INR 100 will be refunded for each product if the customer sends the product using any courier service.
How can I contact your couriers?
You can track the status of your order basis the tracking id. You will be notified of our courier partner once your order is shipped.
Do you provide International delivery?
No yet. We are focused on India currently.
